Pressure switches are used to create or interrupt electric circuits (open or closed) at certain stresses, in order to operate solenoid valves or other devices.
To detect the presence of fluid pressure, a Pressure Switch Indfos is used. Most of the diaphragm or bellows pressure switches as detection feature. This sensor element’s movement is used to switch an alarm or to indicate or initiate a control alarm at one or more contacts.
Operating Principle of Pressure Switches:
The pressure switch operating principle is shown below.
Two separate electric switches are provided in this design. Each one is powered by a push rod forced to a piston with its controlled location of hydraulic and spring forces. By turning the adjusting vector to increase or decrease spring force, the pressure at which the switches operate is selected.
When the unit is assembled in this design, the switches are controlled by the springs. It is worth mentioning that The connections are thus normally open and vice versa.
The spring is compressed when the preset pressure is reached and push rods can be pushed down, so as to get back to their normal state with the snap action switches.
The system pressures can be maintained within high and low ranges through the use of both switches in conjunction with an electrical relay.
Uses Of Pressure Switches
Uses in limiting pressure
It is used as a safety valve that releases the pressure when the optimum pressure is reached.
Indfos Pressure Switch are used in boilers, gas compressors, vehicles, pumps, steam turbines and steam engines.
How To Adjust?
Many of our pressure switches provide inside the cover modifications. If you do not have instructions for your pressure switch, follow these steps: Turn the primary spring in the direction of the clock in order to increase cutting and cutting or counterclockwise settings. The same principle applies if the pressure transfer has an adjustment spring. The difference is raised in the clockwise direction and decreased in the opposite.
For their brakes and other functions, motorcycles rely on pressure switches. In other words, pressure changes in these vehicles are extremely important. Now, we take a closer look at how this part can make a significant difference in a safe journey or a dangerous catastrophe.
Pressure transfer is of course an important part of motorcycles. Your ride would simply not work as it should without them. The brakes wouldn’t work, and you would have other problems. When you next ride a motorcycle, keep in mind that a pressure switch helps keep you safe.
